Free Returns for Any Reason: We stand by the quality of our products and understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Therefore, we offer free returns for ANY reason. Whether the product is damaged, not as described, a wrong purchase, doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind, we've got you covered.
Eligibility and Timeframe: To qualify for a refund or return, please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted. Return Process: As we operate from multiple warehouses, the specific return warehouse details will be provided during the return initiation process. Once your return request is submitted, a return label will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Additionally, you can download the return label from the "My Order" page on our website.
Exceptions: While we do not impose a restocking fee, certain conditions apply for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Damaged items, those missing parts, not in their original condition, or displaying obvious signs of use may only be partially refunded or may not be eligible for a refund at all. Please note that open software and downloaded software cannot be refunded.
Refund Due to Stock or Price Error: In the event of a mistake in quantity or price information on a product page, Thecalimart reserves the right to cancel the order. If such a cancellation occurs, customers will be fully refunded the payment made, and no item will be shipped.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment mode within 2-7 Working days.
Free Order Cancellation: You have the flexibility to cancel your order for free while it is in the authorization mode. To do so, click on "Cancel Order" in the "My Orders" section on our site, or send us an email with your cancellation request.
